PROCEDURE HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CANDIDACY 1- Please fill out the nomination form, preferably electronically, print it, sign it, and have it signed by 5 members who practise in the sector or category of registration in which you are running. 2- Then, fill out the resumé template electronically. 3- Lastly, send the Chamber all of your candidacy documents as follows: The candidacy file can be faxed to 514 282-2225 or mailed to: Chambre de la sécurité financière Presiding Officer 300, Léo-Pariseau Street, 26th floor Montreal, Quebec H2X 4B8 The file can also be scanned and emailed to email@example.com. The resumé must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can send a photo along with your resumé. It must be digital, in high-resolution (300 dpi) JPEG format. For your candidacy to be retained, the Chamber must receive all documents before April 9 2010 at 5 p.m. 4- If you have any questions regarding this procedure, please contact the Chamber by email at email@example.com or by phone at 514 282-5777 or 1 800 361-9989. Note: Any member who submits his or her candidacy for an office on the Board of Directors consents to having the information, including the submitted photo (if any) published by the Chamber in one of its publications or any other media.
