					SPORTS NUTRITION
                        Orange Honey Yogurt Nog
1 8oz orange flavored yogurt
1 c. water
8 oz frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
1/3 c. honey
8 ice cubes

In blender container, place yogurt, water, orange concentrate, and honey. Cover and
blend on high speed until smooth. Add ice cubes one at a time, blend on high speed
until smooth and frothy. Makes 4 servings

1 8oz. container of strawberry yogurt
1 c. milk
1 c. frozen strawberries
¼ t. vanilla
1 T. sugar
3 ice cubes

In blender container, place yogurt, milk, strawberries, vanilla, sugar. Cover and blend on
high speed until smooth. Add ice cubes one at a time, blend on high speed until smooth
and frothy. Makes 4 servings

2 c. milk
2 large ripe bananas, sliced
¼ c. honey
½ t. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed until
foamy and thick. Makes 2 servings.

½ c. pineapple chunks
½ c. milk
2T. sugar
½ t. coconut flavoring
½ c. pineapple juice
3 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed until
foamy and thick. Makes 2 servings.

1 8oz. container of raspberry yogurt
1 c. milk
1 c. frozen raspberries
¼ t. vanilla
1 T. sugar
3 ice cubes

In blender container, place yogurt, milk, strawberries, vanilla, sugar. Cover and blend on
high speed until smooth. Add ice cubes one at a time, blend on high speed until smooth
and frothy. Makes 4 servings

                               Cereal Yogurt Bars
2 cups POST Raisin Bran Cereal
¾ c. flour
¼ c. firmly packed brown sugar
½ t. ground cinnamon
½ c. (1 stick) margarine
1 container (8 oz.) BREYERS Strawberry Lowfat Yogurt
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T. flour

Mix cereal, ¾ c. flour, sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Cut in margarine until
mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press ½ of the mixture firmly onto bottom of greased
8-inch square baking pan.

Mix yogurt, egg and 2 T. flour until well blended; spread over crust. Sprinkle with
remaining cereal mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into
16 bars.

½ c. fruit without sugar
½ c. 1% milk
2 - ½ c. scoops of lowfat/sugar free ice cream

Place ingredients in a blender and process on high until creamy and smooth.

Cook 2 c. macaroni as directed on package; drain well. Return to same pan. Add
cheese, cut up, milk and dash pepper to same pan. Stir on low heat until cheese is
melted. Serve immediately.

                               Blueberry Muffins
1¾ c. flour
¾ c. sugar
2t. baking powder
¼ t. salt
1 beaten egg
¾ c. milk
¼ c. cooking oil
¾ c. blueberries

Preheat oven to 400 F. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in the center. Combine egg, milk and oil: add all at once to flour mixture.
Stir just till moistened. Wash and drain blueberries. Gently fold in blueberries. Lightly
grease the muffin tin and use ¼ c. measuring cup to fill muffin cups. Bake for 20
minutes or until golden brown.

1c. finely peeled and chopped apples

Preheat oven to 400 F. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
and cinnamon. Make a well in the center. Combine egg, milk oil and apples, add all at
once to flour mixture. Stir just till moistened. Lightly grease the muffin tin and use ¼ c.
measuring cup to fill muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Melt butter and peanut butter over low heat until smooth. Pour over popcorn and mix

2 qts. popped popcorn
3 T. margarine
1 T. dry taco seasoning

Melt margarine, stir in taco seasoning. Pour over popcorn. Toss and enjoy. Serves 4 to
6.

                  Popcorn w/Southwestern Chili Butter
2 small dried red or green chilies
2 T. butter
2 qts. popped popcorn
¼ t. garlic salt
Salt to taste

In a covered pan, cook chilies in butter over low heat for 5 minutes. Do not let butter
burn or evaporate. Remove chilies. Drizzle butter over popcorn. Season with ga rlic salt
Add salt to taste. Makes 2 quarts.

2 T. butter
¼ t. crushed parsley flakes
pinch of powdered sage
1/8 t. crushed dried rosemary leaves
¼ t. crushed dried thyme leaves
¼ t. lemon juice
2. qts popped popcorn
Salt to taste

Melt butter over low heat. Stir herbs and lemon juices into the melting butter. Drizzle
over popcorn. Add salt to taste. Makes 2 quarts.

3 cups POST WAFFLE CRISP Cereal
1 pkg. (2.8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Recipe Pieces
1/2 cup PLANTERS Salted Peanuts
1/2 cup raisins
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Mix cereal, bacon, peanuts and raisins in large bowl. Pour melted butter over cereal
mixture; toss to coat.

Spread evenly in 15x10x1 inch baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir and serve or store in tightly
covered container for up to 12 hours.

3 T. margarine                   2c. rice squares
2 T. Worcestershire Sauce        1½ c. corn squares
1½ t. seasoning salt             ½ c. pretzels
½ t. onion powder                1 c. oyster crackers

In large microwave-safe bowl, melt margarine on High. Stir in Worcestershire sauce,
salt, garlic powder and onion powder. Gradually add cereals, pretzels and crackers; stir
to coat evenly. Microwave on High 4 to 5minutes, stirring thoroughly with rubber spatula
every 2 minutes, scraping sides and bottom of bowl. Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
Store in airtight container.

3 T. margarine                    2c. rice squares
½ pkg. taco seasoning             2c. corn squares
1 ½ t. Worcestershire sauce       ½ c. pretzels
½ t. hot pepper sauce             ½ c. bite-size cheese crackers

In large microwave-safe bowl, melt margarine on HIGH. Stir in taco seasoning,
Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce. Gradually add cereals, pretzels and cheese
crackers; stir to coat evenly. Microwave on High 4 to 5minutes, stirring thoroughly with
rubber spatula every 2 minutes, scraping sides and bottom of bowl. Spread on
absorbent paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
