project which included a new bridge across the Mill Creek; traffic signals at the project entrances; the interior roads
of the development; and a 9,800-square-foot retail building.

                     Renaissance Plaza
                     Phase II of this first-of-its-kind
                     development in downtown Columbia,
                     South Carolina, is now complete and
                     100 percent occupied. The popular
                     live/work project is a gated community
                     with 57, three-story residential
                     condominiums, a pool, clubhouse and
                     other amenities. Phase I was a 17-unit,
                     40,000-square-foot building with
                     offices downstairs and high-end living
                     spaces upstairs.

its new home. An existing, five-story building was
renovated with the addition of a new building skin
and new windows, an accent tower and new
