TASTING DETAILS: Please attach information on what you will be serving, and if you will be pairing with a winery or other beverage provider.

TASTING HOUR REQUIREMENT S: By participating, you agree to provide tastes of what you consider to be one of your signature menu items. You further agree to provide
tastes for the number of hours noted above (2-3 hours minimum, five hours per day maximum) We will post your “tasting hours” at your table, and require most heavy
equipment to be set prior to festival opening. You may move about during festival but request your respect the patrons and the event by clarifying your hours of
service/promotion so we may place you appropriately.
We make it easy for restaurants/catering companies to participate by providing: Promotional Space (no cost), Prep Space, Electrical Requirements, China, silverware/plastic,
napkins or cups as appropriate, opportunity to sell sealed food products, memberships. Please provide festival with requirements by May 1, 2006 Health Department Fee of $40
is required, however reimbursement may apply – Discuss with management.

      2. No Shows will not be invited back – please be courteous to us, we have rented the tables you require, spent funds on signage and promotion. We will extend the same

                                    We provide your table, chairs, ice, napkins and plates. For All Others: Tab le pricing only $150 fo r two
                                    nights or $85 one night. No perimeter displays allowed, nor storage space provided. Attendee lists are not
                                    available with this opportunity. (Contact show management for restrictions including health department
                                    requirements and additional licensing fee requirements fro m same).
                                   Booth S pace Package (10 x 10 booth) is only $495. For those that need a little roo m to advertise. This
                                    delu xe package includes ample perimeter space to promote your brand or product – BEYOND TABLE
                                    TOP DISPLA Y..and includes a 10 x 10 pipe and draped area, six foot table, t wo chairs, one waste basket
                                    and sign as well as list of participants tabulated after the event and list of previous festival participants
                                    prior to the event, and upon request.
                                   Island Package (20x20) is availab le at a d iscounted rate of $1,500 OR consider a Compli mentary
                                    Pouring Island Package Get together with your distributor, Agriculture Depart ment, Appellat ion or
                                    other association and your space could cost next to nothing! All you have to do is contract for five tables,
                                    provide a deposit which will be refunded on site, and RTShows will p rovide you tables and space at cost.

                                   Donation Package: Can’t attend, but want your wines poured at the festival? Submit a donation
                                    application for consideration. All wine must come with tasting notes. Show management reserves all

                                      rights to utilize product where and when needed. Pouring will be done by volunteers fro m charitable
                                      organizations as well as commun ity volunteers, show staff and Hilton staff.
                                     Corkage fees have been waived. The only additional fees are those associated with the health department
                                      for food service (Yes! To distribute any UNW RAPPED FOOD ITEM fro m your table o r booth, will
                                      require filing with the health department.) Distribution of sample -sized beverage product will be allo wed
                                      and encouraged without additional filing.
                                     Food & beverage sales (via order taking) can be accomp lished from your booth.
                                     Vendor may carry in most of their product while Freeman Decorat ing will provide advance order
                                      discounts on refrigerat ion, electricity, shipping, furnishings and other necessities.
                                     We’ve negotiated a ($79 rate) for hotel roo ms on a space available basis (Contact the Reno Hilton at 800-
                                      648-5080 beginning February 1, 2006). This rate will sell out.

Who Attends:                Predominantly consumers fro m various Northern Californ ia and Nevada regions (expecting a min imu m o f 3,000
                            participants over the weekend event) as well as industry buyers provided with special invitation/badge (area
                            restaurants, retailers, sommeliers).

Why They Attend :           To sample and purchase new products and services; to learn about different wines, micro brews, food pairings; to
                            view and purchase work fro m local art ists; and to support local charit ies.

Behind The Scenes:          One of the Reno/Tahoe area’s signature events, and best kept secret, The Reno/Tahoe Wine & Food Festival
                            returns for the fifth year to Reno. With the Reno Hilton as Title Sponsor and the support of the community and
                            various media connections, this will be the show to watch, participate in and grow together with.

                            Pro motion includes advertising in various travel publication including Southwest Airlines and America West
                            Airlines and AAA’s VIA, radio and television (both local and nation wide), Various newspapers and magazines
                            including the Reno Gazette Journal, The Sacramento Bee, News and Review will have articles, ads with
                            discounted coupons We’ll feature the event on calendars in various food and beverage magazines and internet sites
                            and direct mail, email and fax broadcasting.

                            Proceeds will be donated to organizations and families directly effected by the recent hurricanes in the Gu lf o f
                            Mexico. We are not associated with any one association, or corporation. Instead we put all funds back into our
                            promotional budget and promote, on behalf of all our vendors/wineries .

                   Exhibitors/vendors may access festival grounds to refresh booth after 12:00 noon

                   Move-Out                        Saturday, May 20                 Beginning at 11 p m

        Fully paid vendors will receive up to four access passes/badges. These passes are for working staff/vendor
         personnel/volunteers/wine pourers ONLY. If you wish to purchase a number of passes for clients, potential clients or friends, we
         PURCHA SED PRIOR TO MA Y 1, or cost is at “PREVAILING RATE” Call office for mo re informat ion.

        Show hours vary fro m six to seven hours each day. Great fo r vendors selling products, tiring for wineries … Impossible for
         restaurants/caterers – unless they’re selling food! NO you don’t have to pour/serve for the entire time; however, we HIGLY
         RECOMMEND that you DO leave product informat ion at your table as well as pouring/serving time notification AND…DO NOT
         leave product on top of table and walk off – or so will your product!!! Use your judgment – it’s your pro motional vehicle/your
         table/your time. Moving out boxes or product while the public is wandering about is not acceptable for liab ility purposes. Consider
         this and staff accordingly.

        Culinary demonstrations and visits from celebrity chefs will be ongoing and take place during festival hou rs on Friday and Saturday.
         If you have any interest in sponsoring, speaking, providing culinary demonstrations or donating food or wine for these events – let
         us know in advance – so we can promote you appropriately!

        The Reno/Tahoe Wine & Food Festival will feature wine education programs fro m event stages. Vendors & wineries are welcome to
         attend these; however, you’ll need to staff your booth/table during much of this time. Additional information will arrive one mo nth
         prior to show date.

        Pair yourselves accordingly! Wineries and restaurants are encouraged to pair up, and we’ll provide additional space if required! No
         better way to promote your selves than creating a pairing and either providing tastes on a complimentary basis, or for a $5 p late
         charge- to the public. The choice is yours – Pair up early, and we may be able to provide you with a little extra space to promot e!
