Waiver of Liability
Neither the producer, sponsor, nor any office, director or shareholder thereof, or the owner of the building at which the show is produced, shall be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to all or any part of the exhibitor’s display and or vehicle and the exhibitor shall and does hereby waive any and all rights he may have against any of them for such loss or damage. Front St Suite 325, Traverse City, MI 49686 or FAX it to (231) 922-8776 Electrical: There is no fee to enter your bike, but we do charge $30.00 per outlet. You will also need to bring your own lights and 12-gage, 3 wire, heavy-duty extension cords. Fire Regulations: Gas caps must be taped or locked. The hot battery cable must be disconnected and the terminal must be taped. Check acceptance letter for gas requirements. Due to center’s rules, NO ENGINE FIRING DURING THE SHOW! Photos you do not have to send photos of your bike, however, we use the best photos in our television ads. (Just a note!) We need all photos by December 10. Thanks! Stanchions & Rope: All entries should provide their own stanchions and rope or other form of decorative barrier to control crowds and to protect their entry. Keep in mind that such a barrier should enhance your display and not distract from it. We have some barriers you may rent for $20.00, you may pay & pick-up at the check in desk, at your move in time.
