The purpose of this special June meeting was to review Change Request 2005-01 - Provide Suppliers with customer ICAP TAGS. Alex Wimmer of PPL Solutions reviewed the redline changes recommended to the following Maine EBT transactions. The group unanimously accepted redlined documents as presented and will implement the ICAP TAG segment in October of 2006. The ICAP tag will be added to the following EDI transactions: 814-4 Enrollment Response, 814-3 Change Distribution Company Data, 814-5 Customer Move and the 867-1 Historical Usage request. Please find attached Appendix C- 814 and 867 updated documents. I have left them redlined for your convenience. Please note the Appendix C Utility Specific Comments as to how each utility will send the ICAP or NO ICAP segment
