Experience
Laura Suesser is a senior associate practicing in the Real Estate, Development and
Environment practice group and Renewable Energy Wind Initiative. She provides real
estate, land use and development services to the real estate, wind energy, health
care, and financial industries. Laura advises a wide range of clients in all aspects real
estate development transactions including acquisitions, sales, land use entitlements,
title and survey issues, commercial leasing, financing, and strategic corporate
structuring.

Laura has extensive experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale
agreements; project development agreements including: annexation agreements,
water agreements, wind energy real property agreements, subdivision and master plan
development agreements, easements, licenses and covenants, conditions and
restrictions, commercial office leases, ground leases, legal opinions, corporate            Associate

Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Laura was an associate at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky
and Popeo P.C. and at Squadron, Ellenoff, Plesent & Sheinfeld, LLP (1997-2002). She         Education
