       2, Jane Alice Smith, who were married at Las Vegas, Nevada, United States of America

      on 1 April 2002, are divorced from each other, the divorce to take effect

             on the 31st day after the date of this order;

      Other Orders

1.    Claimant 1 and Claimant 2 will have joint custody and joint guardianship of the children
      Sandra Anna Smith, born on 1 April 2004, and Michael Paul Smith, born on 1 April
      2005, and Claimant 2 will have the children’s primary residence, BY CONSENT.

2.    Claimant 1 will have time with the children every Tuesday and Thursday from after
      school to 7:30pm and on every other weekend from Friday after school to the following
      Monday at the start of school, BY CONSENT,

AND UPON Claimant 1, John Peter Doe, payor, being found to have a Child Support Guidelines
income of $54,000, BY CONSENT,

THIS COURT FURTHER ORDERS that:

3.    Claimant 1 will pay child support to Claimant 2 in the amount of $684 per month,
      commencing on the first day of the first month after the making of this order and
      continuing on the first day of each and every month thereafter until the children are no
      longer “children of the marriage” as defined by the Divorce Act (Canada), BY
      CONSENT.

THE PARTIES APPROVE THE FORM OF THIS ORDER AND CONSENT TO EACH OF
THE ORDERS, IF ANY, THAT ARE INDICATED ABOVE AS BEING BY CONSENT:
