Project Role - Business Test Lead - Texas Utilities (TXUE) - Dallas, Texas 2/2002 to 11/2002
Provided hands-on leadership toward TXUE business test team (subject-matter experts and testing experts)
charged with the testing of enhancements, major upgrades, and customizations of
TXUE’s customer information system (SPL’s CorDaptix v1.3x) inclusive of designing tests (end-to-end cases, data
prep, and expected results - black box/functional testing), execution, measuring results, and managing all aspects
of the technical environments in which testing occurred. Documented, tracked, and reported issues and bugs
(incidents) via Rational ClearQuest; communicated User Acceptance test status to stakeholders, development

Translated functional specifications and business processes into detailed test plans for cases, scheduling,

Director of Installation and Customer Support
Charged with strategic management and delivery of division services to healthcare clients. Transformed this
division's Support Services unit (25 account managers) - required to deliver implementation, support, and training
services for Labor Analytics' product (Vision) with an Oracle 8i database - into an effective matrix services delivery
model. Ensured the profitability of the department by providing input into the business plan, preparing departmental
plan, budget, and control.
Drove business unit revenue attainment for FY 2001. Developed an engagement framework that significantly
contributed to Installation Services recognition of $1.8 million in FY2001-an increase of 50%.

Directed all activities of implementation services including financial performance, recruiting, engagement
management, and client relations. Tripled the business unit size to 37 professionals that successfully delivered
more than 100 client engagements who purchased web-native and client/server software; human resource, payroll
(Abra Suite & Abra Enterprise HRMS), asset management and budget/planning analytics using MS Back Office n-

Manager, Mortgage Operations
Managed 20 business analysts responsible for 500 portfolios that included 1.5 million loans with an aggregate
principal balance of $1 trillion serviced by lenders located within the Western region of the United States.
Drove the congressional-mandated housing goal compliance effort that resulted in improving the firm's
compliance rate from 38% to 94% in 12 months. Wrote white paper, developed process flows and methodology.
Trained team of 5 analysts. Wrote business requirements and functional specs for compliance/validation system
and received the company "Chairman's Award in 1994.
Designed and delivered internal and external investor reporting seminars and customized training regarding
remitting, reporting, reconciliation and amortization. Result: the Western region reduced shortage/surplus
remittances and unreported loans by 50% over a 3-year period.
Successfully completed the conversion of 2,000 lender portfolios (3 million loans from Fannie Mae's Midwest,
