Description/Disposition
Outlines the authority of the street commission. The street commission shall have authority to cause street lanes
and alleys as outlined on the borough plan, maintain, keep clear of obstructions, Also outlines use of street
lanes while building or repairing a structure and the penalties to be issued.
Nuisance ordinance. Includes placing debris (coal ashes, wood piles, carcasses of dead animals) on a street or
footwalk. Also to extinguish a public lamp, deface a building, fire guns in the borough, be drunk and disorderly.

Rules and fines for letting cow, bull ox, heifer, sheep, cow or dogs to run loose. Pay fine $1.00. Duties of

effective date.

or 9 x 20 to provide for compact cars

§§ 11-101-11-105. Requirement that each owner of real estate provide name and address of each tenant
occupying any part of leased premises. Require owner to report when tenants move and provide name and
address of any new tenant. Also required to report if tenant is related to owner and whether rent is charged.
Define who is to report if owner is a corporation.

main to the curb.
