You will need to purchase a frame in which to display the poster.
Some brides like to purchase the frame first so the poster can be designed according to the style
& color of frame but it’s not necessary.
You will also need an easel in which to display the framed poster or mounted poster unless it’s a
smaller frame that can be displayed on a table top.

Important Information

Fill out order form & return via email or mail. Any insight, visuals & details you can provide
as to how you would like it to look are welcome. I will then send you a simple Excel
spreadsheet to use for the seating chart (or you can download it from the website). I will need
the completed spreadsheet NO LATER than 10 days before the wedding (12 days if the poster
needs to be mailed back to you). If you have not ordered your invitations yet I recommend
setting your RSVP date 4-5 weeks prior to the wedding in order to allow time to contact guests
who have failed to respond & to complete the seating arrangement/table assignments.

Additional Rush Fee of $25 if info is provided 9 days or less before the event date (11 days if
poster needs to be mailed to you.)

The names & table numbers on the spreadsheet must be proofread and edited before sending.
I will do up to 5 lines of edits after the first proof.
Any edits over 5 lines will be charged at $1 per line.

I prefer to receive a guest list at a later date than to receive a guest list early that will
require changes.

Do not enter excel guest lists in all capital letters. If the file is submitted with the copy typed in
all capital letters you will need to re-enter all the information & re-submit.

You will receive a color pdf proof prior to printing for your approval. Please keep in
mind that computer monitors differ in the various shades of colors they display so the final
product may vary from what you see on your computer screen.

50% Deposit required & balance due when poster is picked up or before it is shipped. I can ship
for $10 - $15 depending on location in the United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
Cash or check is preferred. Make check out to The Invitation Place, 2676 Rattan Ct., Grandville,
MI 49418. Credit cards are also accepted through PayPal (no PayPal account set-up is required
by you, the customer)
