             To approve order authorizing payment of $481.32 to Anthony Reeves for
             property damages and $71.45 to Click's Appraisal Service for an appraisal of the
             Reeves vehicle as full settlement by the County of Dallas, Texas, in connection
             with an accident with a County vehicle on or about March 7, 2000.

             To approve order authorizing payment of $273.15 to Sean Burns as full
             settlement by the County of Dallas, Texas, for incurred charges on or about
             February 10, 2000.

             To approve order authorizing payment of $65.07 to Kenneth McCay as full
             settlement by the County of Dallas, Texas, for incurred towing charges on or
             about March 8, 2000.

             To approve order authorizing the County Treasurer to pay listed persons who
             served as Election Judges and Special Workers for the Republican Runoff Election
             held on April 11, 2000.


17.    COURT ORDER:

             To approve order approving updated Workers' Compensation, Salary
             Continuation, and Return to Work policies, effective May 1, 2000, and
             authorizing their inclusion in the Policies and Procedures Manual.


18.    COURT ORDER:

             To approve order approving the Emergency Notification policy and form to provide
             an optional means for employees to designate contact persons who should be
             notified in case of emergency, and authorizing the inclusion of said documents in
             Section A of the Policies and Procedures Manual.


19.    COURT ORDER:

             To approve order approving the Request for Proposal for Financial Audits of Dallas
             County, Community Supervision and Corrections Department, and the Dallas
             County Hospital District, and authorizing the release of same to vendors.

             To approve order authorizing the removal of a transcriber, as described, from the
             inventory records of the 160th Civil District Court.

             To approve order approving an appointment to the Office of Constable, Precinct

             To approve order authorizing participation in the State Attorney General's
             Automated Victim Notification System Pilot Study, and authorizing the County
             Judge to sign the VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday) addendum
             to Service Agreement 9909059, dated September 15, 1999, and the Contract
             for Texas Automated Victim Notification Pilot Study.

23.         ORDER:

            To approve order approving a 9-1-1 Emergency Fee Agreement between Dallas
            County and NET-tel Corporation, and authorizing the County Judge to sign said
            agreement.


24.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order approving refunds to taxpayers, as listed, in amounts over
            $500.00 for erroneous or excessive tax payments.


25.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order approving an amendment to Attachment #04A (STD-HIV) of the
            contract with the Texas Department of Health (TDH Document No. 7560009056
            2001) to add funds ($45,000) in the category of travel, and authorizing the
            County Judge to sign said document on behalf of Dallas County.


26.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order approving Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the HOME
            Investment Partnership Program Grant Interlocal Agreement with the City of
            Dallas revising the program services and extending the term of the contract
            through December 31, 2000, and authorizing the County Judge to sign the
            contract documents on behalf of Dallas County.


27.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order approving the Weatherization Assistance Program with the
            Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) in the amount of
            $641,841 (DOE/OIL Overcharge Weatherization Assistance Program - $270,257;
            LlHEAP     Weatherization Assistance/Enhanced Weatherization Program -
            $237,329; TU Electric Weatherization Piggyback Program - $121,196; Stripper
            Well - $13,059), and authorizing the County Judge to electronically sign the
            related contract documents on behalf of Dallas County.


28.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order approving the recommendation of the Juvenile Department to
            amend the contracts with Orion Communications, Inc. and Convergent
            Communications Services, Inc. for their work on the Dallas County Juvenile
            Information System (JIS), and authorizing the County Judge to sign the contract
            amendment documents on behalf of Dallas County.

29.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order cancelling the award of Section II (Polaroid Film) to Advan-Tex
            Photographic, Inc. and Section III (Photograph Paper & Chemistry) to Southpoint
            Photo Supply, Inc. under Bid No. 2000-047-263 (Annual Contract for
            Photographic Supplies), and reawarding Section II to HPI IntI., Inc. for a total
            estimated amount of $56,943.05 and Section III to Fuji Hunt Photographic
            Chemicals, Inc. for a total estimated amount of $55,596.04 for the period from
            January 25, 2000 through January 24, 2001.


30.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order cancelling the award of Item 21 (All Season High Performance
            Cold Mix) under Bid No. 2000-101-395 (Annual Contract for Asphalt Road
            Surfacing Products) to Molecular Coating Specialists, Inc. for District No.1, and
            reawarding said item to APAC-Texas, Inc., North Star Plant, for all Districts
            (1,2,3,4) for a total estimated amount of $47,250 for the period from April 20,
            2000 through April 19, 2001 .


31.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing the sale of excess fill dirt from Sandy Lake Road and
            Belt Line Road bond projects to H.B. Zachry Company for use on TxDOT Project
            No. C8037-18-2 for a cost of $1.10 per cubic yard for an estimated 200,000
            cubic yards, with proceeds to be deposited into Fund 105-2510.


32.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing the Purchasing Department to accept the $5,000.00
            bid from Grayson County for the sale of a surplus 1978 Ford 8000 fire truck
            (VIN #D80DVBC5618) and proceed with the collection and deposit of the monies,
            authorizing the County Auditor to remove the respective item from the Sheriff's
            inventory list, and authorizing the County Judge to sign the interlocal agreement.


33.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids for the
            Dallas County Cook Chill Warehouse Roof Repair - Phase II Project.

34.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing final payment in an amount not to exceed
            $3,095.00 to Vidaud + Associates, Incorporated for architectural/engineering
            services in connection with the Additional Remote Refrigeration Storage Project,
            and acceptance of the contract as complete.


35.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing the County Judge to execute a contract with HKS,
            Inc. in an amount not to exceed $296,209 for Phase I pre-architectural services
            in connection with the Kays Jail Replacement Project.


36.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing implementation of designated Standard Operating
            Policy and Procedures by the Public Works Department with regard to
            construction contract change orders.


37.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing the County Judge to execute Change Order No.1,
            in the reduced amount of $99,989.00, to the contract with Tiseo Paving
            Company for construction of the Kleberg Road Project 490-428.


38.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing the County Auditor to provide payment in the
            amount of $5,588 to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for
            relocation of a signal pole foundation, which is in conflict with proposed
            improvements to Clay Mathis Road in Mesquite, in connection with Congestion
            Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Improvement Project 72.


39.   COURT ORDER:

            To approve order authorizing the County Judge to execute Work Order No.3, in
            an amount not to exceed $70,975.00, awarding appraisal services for designated
            parcels on the Regal Row Project 91-837 to Contract Land Staff, Inc. (CLS).

             To approve order authorizing the waiver of certain non-conformities in designated
             bids for specified tax foreclosure properties in Balch Springs, Dallas, Grand Prairie,

             TI (4117 Forest Lawn, Balch Springs) to Andrew Ruben, Jr. and wife, Veronica;
             authorizing the award of the bids for Cause Nos. 93-30668-TA (11031 Martin
             Street, Balch Springs), 92-30680-TM (2646 White Oak, Dallas), 95-30874-TL
             (1906 EI Paso, Grand Prairie), and 90-40733 (805 and 809 Dalworth Street,
