RealEC is a web-based application that allows customers to order flood, property, and
credit reports from CBC Companies. An internet connection is required as customers go
to the RealEC web site using their web browser.

************************************************************************
Getting Setup with RealEC
You must first have a client number assigned for credit, floods (FZDS or CBC Flood
Services) and property (SBS & AES), just as you would with any other customer. When
you send the installation worksheet to MACS Technical Support it is very important that
you note on the sheet that the customer will be using RealEC. This is because special
setups are required in order for this to work.

All configurations are handled through authorizations to 3 main logins on the host. For
Credit, the Branch/Client should be authorized to realcred. For Property, the
Office/Customer should be authorized to realprop. For Flood setups, the FZDS
Agent/Client should be authorized to realec.

PLEASE NOTE: When RealEC creates logins for flood accounts, they will be separate
from the credit/property logins. Credit and property products can share a login while
flood-related logins must be created separately.

Because the customer is ordering reports from their web site, RealEC will assign your
customer the login and password to be used. The RealEC Support group can be contacted
at: 877-2-RealEC.
