PHS Group, Inc. is a civil engineering consulting / construction management firm,
which has established a solid reputation for the past eighteen (18) years particularly
with clients such as U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New Orleans and Jacksonville
Districts ; South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD); Miami-Dade
Aviation Department, and Miami-Dade Public Works.
PHS is part of the Everglades Partners JV (EPJV) Team providing Program
Management services on the largest restoration project for the USACE Jacksonville
District: The Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Project (CERP).
PHS is participating on a USAID project in Iraq with International Relief &
Development (IRD) on the Community Stabilization Program providing Construction
Management as well as CEI & QA services for a series of infrastructure projects in
Iraq.
At Miami International Airport (MIA) PHS was the lead firm directly under contract
with Miami-Dade Aviation Department performing all Threshold Inspection services
for the South Terminal - a $ 890 Million project.
Over the years, PHS has developed a strong working relationship with firms such as
Parsons, PBS&J, Alpha Corporation and Hatchmott McDonald.
With the State of Maryland, PHS was the first A/E - MBE firm to participate in the
