Welcome to our Merchant Application.

Please read this brief introduction carefully as it contains some useful tips and guidelines that will help you complete the application quickly and accurately.
The application is divided into a number of sections. Each section isolates a specific aspect of your business. Each section is on a different tab that you can see at the bottom.
Briefly these sections are:
                        Some basic information about your company. If you have set up or will have set up a special purpose company for the operation of your merchant account,
                        the information you include in this section should refer to your principal company.

                        Information about the individuals who own, control and run your company. As with the company information, here we need information on the individuals
                        involved in your principal company. In our assessment of your application the quality of the people behind the company is an important consideration.


                        Information about your business, products, delivery channels and customer support. In our initial assessment of your application we are going to need to
                        review your product/service. If you do not have a website that will give us a complete overview of the product or service then please include additional
                        information with this application that will make it easier for us to assess.
                        If your business only delivers digital content then ignore this tab and complete the                   Tab

                        If your company (or principal company) has existing processing relationships complete section 1 of this tab. We will ask you for processing statements later
                        in the process to validate your processing history.
                        If you have no processing history, complete section 2 of this tab.
                        Information about what preventative methods you use to avoid fraud and information about your awareness of and compliance with the PCI data security
                        standards.

                        To avoid having to ask you to submit too much documentation at this early stage in the application process, we have included a number of simple
                        declarations which we ask you to read and mark accurately. At a subsequent stage of the contracting/boarding process we may ask you for further
                        documentation or perform background checks to substantiate your declarations.

How to complete this application
- Each relevant tab has a number of boxes                     where you input information.
- You do not need to print or sign this application. At the next stage of the application process we will echo much of the information back to you in the form of a
series of declarations and you will be requested to sign that declaration
- In the larger boxes you may want to start a new line within the box as you are entering information. You can do this by pressing <Alt> and <Enter>.

The first question asks you to describe the fraud prevention tools and techniques you use. This is an important element of our
assessment so if you have robust fraud and chargeback prevention methods or tools in place, take the time to detail them to us. Use a

The second section deals with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). This information will help us determine
your PCI status and guide you to compliance if required.

                                                              Declarations

Financials and credit risk
This set of 4 declarations helps you to understand our expectations in terms of the quantity and quality of financial disclosure we will
require from you. All information relating to financials will be exchanged under a Non-Disclosure agreement and access to this information
within our company will be limited and securely controlled. You will be at liberty at any point in the application process to abandon the
process if you feel or determine that our requirements are unreasonable. However it is useful to us in assessing your application to
understand your position in principal on these four points.



We will require that you disclose your commercial banking relationships and provide reference letters from one
or more of those banks.

You understand that in assessing our credit risk we need to determine that the financial position of the company,
a materially related entity or the Principals is sufficiently robust to ensure the ongoing viability of the enterprise
and the ability of the company to fulfil any obligation that may arise from processing and that this is a key
determining factor in our assessment of your application and the terms related to the merchant account that will

In order to carry out this credit risk assessment we will need you to provide credible evidence of the financial
robustness of the company. This generally takes the form of audited accounts for the company and if audited
accounts are not available then we generally rely on company prepared financial statements with corporate tax
returns, commercial bank statements and other evidence as may be required to confirm the prepared financial
statements.

Unlike most acquirers we are open to establishing merchant accounts for businesses or individuals who have been previously sanctioned,
terminated or listed by an acquirer, processor or card scheme or who have entered into bankruptcy in the past.
This openness to accommodate merchants with a direct or indirect negative history or association with a negative history is predicated on
full and transparent disclosure by the merchant of the negative history. This set of declarations relates to the company and principal's
history.
