					Statutes relating to traffic control.                                                              May 2007


(a) Gene ral . State statutes establish the legal framework for regulation, warning, and guidance of highway traffic.
The following subdivisions list portions of the Consolidated Laws of New York related to traffic control. This list is
presented only as a guide to subject matter. It does not necessarily represent a complete and up-to-date tabulation of
