The Executive Director, Sue Sansom, informed the Board that a committee including Martha
Ramsey, Cheryl Adams, Karen Wackerman, Cheryl Brown, Mary Anne Bamrick, Theresa Bunch, Donna
Aune and herself, reviewed the rules R4-10-101, R4-10-110, R4-10-205 and R4-10-206 and discussed
possible changes. When the proposed changes are in a written form they will be given to the Board for
further discussion and/or approval.

Business Intention.
The Executive Director, Sue Sansom, informed the Board that Karen Wackerman, a former Board
Member, was opening a new school and would like to talk to the Board.

A. Summary of Current Events
The Executive Director, Sue Sansom, announced to the Board that the Agency is currently
working on the budget and the Agency has processed over 77,000 licenses over this past year.
A certificate of completion was presented by the Executive Director, Sue Sansom, to
Board member Jim Short for his attendance and completion of the Governor’s Ethics training class.
