   We are creating a new position that may be of interest to a December, 2001 or
    May, 2002 graduate. This is a career level opportunity that requires a degree in
    finance or a related discipline some emphasis in computer science. Course work or
    experience in these fields or real estate is a plus. The selected applicant will receive
    extensive on the job training in commercial real estate development and rental and
    will work closely with the CEO, CFO and other officers in evaluating projects and
    monitoring their status and success. Additional duties will include acting as the
    information technology coordinator and working with third party support service
    providers. Possibility of internship for May graduates.

Job description
Associate Customer Engineer is responsible for repair and

We talked Monday the 1st about an non-paying intern position for wireless network testing
   and surveying. (2-3 people, 6-8 hours/wk)

Who ever is accepted will learn the following on quite an indepth level:
1.) Internet routing and netfilter configuration
2.) An indepth view of the linux 2.4 kernel
3.) 802.11b networking testing, surveying and installation
4.) Configuring an 802.11b embedded wireless gateways

The survey work will be one of the most important parts. Interns will need to test
   connections to a wireless access point from points all over the horizon as well as help
   establish a tower and antenna for the wireless network.
