ACCORD is the trade union for HBOS workers. It has 30,000 members and is affiliated with the Trades Union Congress, the Scottish Trades Union Congress and the Irish Congress of Trade Unions. (HBOS was formerly a bank holding company, formed from the merger of Halifax Plc and Bank of Scotland, and is now a division of Lloyds Banking Group.)
