The merchandise listed below has been left on a consignment basis for sale through the Writers Conference Book Shop.

                        The Book Shop shall retain     20%       of the Retail Price Proceeds with the Consignor receiving the
balance by mail no later than 30 days upon termination of the Consignment Agreement.

The Consignor shall be responsible for picking up all unsold goods at date of termination. Termination agreement shall be
realized only after the picking up of all unsold goods. The Book Shop shall not be responsible to display above goods for sale
beyond the agreed date of termination. Should the book Shop be requested to return by mail any unsold goods, a deductable
shall be made from the consignor's check for return postage plus a reasonable handling fee.
