        PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered in
the above-entitled action on October 14, 2009, the undersigned Sheriff of Vernon
County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction on the east steps of the Courthouse in the
City of Viroqua, Vernon County, Wisconsin, on the 18th day of October, 2010 at 9:00
a.m., the real estate and premises located in Vernon County, Wisconsin, directed by said

line (said reference line being the centerline of State Highway 35 as laid out and
traveled on January 1, 1960): Commencing in said Section 9 on the South line at
a point 118.9 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North 13 degrees
56 minutes 00 seconds West to the North line of said Government Lot 9; thence
