Estate Planning “Check-up” This checklist is designed to give you a snap shot of your “estate planning health.” It can help you determine your immediate estate planning needs. Please answer “yes” or “no” to the following questions. Do you currently have a valid will? Yes No If you do not have a living trust, have you considered a living trust to avoid probate?
