Estate Planning “Check-up” This checklist is designed to give you a snap shot of your “estate planning health.” It can help you determine your immediate estate planning needs. Please answer “yes” or “no” to the following questions. Do you currently have a valid will? Yes No Are you comfortable with the person(s) you have selected to administer your estate after Yes No your death (executor)? Do you currently have a living trust? Yes No If you do not have a living trust, have you considered a living trust to avoid probate? Yes No If you have a living trust, have you properly placed title to all of your assets in the name of Yes No the trust? Does your will name a guardian for your children if both you and your spouse are deceased?
