					                                          RENTAL CONDITIONS & AGREEMENT
The following is a rental agreement between T.J. TOOLS and
                                                                                      ( NAME OF YOUR COMPANY )



Equipment proposed for hire



This agreement is for a ( 12 ) Twelve month period and will require re-signing at the expiry date. Customers are required
to test equipment following delivery, prior to using.
DAY RATE: Minimum rental 2 days
WEEK RATE: Minimum rental 1 week ( 7 days )
MONTH RATE: Minimum rental 1 month ( 4 weeks )
RENT TIME FRAMES: Rent begins at time of delivery or pick up. Renting finishes at time or return or dispatch via freight. ( 2 days inter state transport allowed )
RENT OFF HIRE: Notification is required with in 2 hours via fax, phone or phone message bank
FREIGHT CHARGES: Remain the responsibility of the renter
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS: Are not excluded from hire periods
TRAINING: Is available for inexperienced operators. An hourly fee applies. TJ Tools will not be held responsibly for any personal injury or death as the result of
unqualified , untrained, or inexperienced operators using the said hire equipment.
OPERATOR EXPERIENCE: Does the intended operator have sufficient qualifications and experience to operate this equipment safely ? This tooling operates
at high forces and pressures. Your staff or contractors should be suitably skilled and qualified in the correct and safe operation of this tooling.
RESPONSIBILITY / LIABILITY: T.J. Tools, it’s employers, agents or contractors will not except any responsibility for any personal injury or death as the result
of customers using or operating any hire equipment. All equipment is tested and logged prior to dispatch from TJ Tools. The customer on receipt following
freighting should re test before using. Testing should only be done by appropriate Trades persons in line with “ safe testing procedures “. Following testing
should any electrical or hydraulic components be considered faulty, equipment should not be used, and TJ Tools to be notified within 4 hours.
PRODUCTION LOSSES: TJ Tools will not be held accountable or responsible for lost production, down time or incurred expenses in the event the said hire
equipment fails to operate or stops working during operation .
RETURN CONDITION: It is agreed the equipment be returned in the same condition as hired. TJ Tools dispatch hire equipment clean, in working order,
Inspected & Tested to Maximum capacity. Any costs incurred to clean, repair or replace equipment returned in poor condition will be passed on.
LITERATURE: Any literature offered by TJ Tools containing torque values, tensions , conversions or procedures are only offered as suggestions in the
event the hirering company have no Knowledge or information. Should companies use TJ Tools Literature they do so at there own risk, accountable for
there own outcomes. Companies should consult their own engineers for technical information relevant to individual applications .TJ Tools will not be held
responsible or accountable for any injury, death or loss of production.
EQUIPMENT OUTPUT: TJ Tools will not be held accountable for the end result of applied torque , tension or elongation produced by the said hire equipment.
Should the hirering company require assurances of accuracy we offer Pre Hire calibrations & Equipment Operators ( fee applies ). Your company will need
to provide friction factors, method, load requirements, Torque values and equipment to measure electronic elongation.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Operators should wear safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, steel cap boots, protective clothing as a minimum requirement.
PAYMENT TERMS: The customer agrees to pay total net billing within 30 days on receipt of invoice. The customer also agrees to pay any collection costs
or legal cost which may be incurred if collection is required.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: By signing this agreement the renter confirms they maintain personal liability insurance of appropriate amount and proper
workers compensation insurance and furthermore absolves TJ Tools from any and all personal and property liability through the use of this tooling.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The customer must read, fully understand, agree and sign this agreement prior to proceeding. Hires arranged
via phone, a copy will accompany the goods. The customer automatically agrees to the terms and conditions unless notification is received immediately.
EQUIPMENT: This agreement is to cover Hydraulic , Air. And Hand torque multipliers. Hydraulic pumps and rams.
CONDITIONS: Hires can not proceed until all sections of this agreement are filled out, read , understood and signed.
