THOMAS S. HENDERSON JOINS ENERGY LAW FIRM OF BURLESON COOKE
HOUSTON – Thomas S. Henderson has become affiliated with the Houston-based energy law
firm of Burleson Cooke as a special consultant and will concentrate his practice on bankruptcy,
restructuring, and creditor’s rights.
Henderson is a Board-Certified Specialist in business bankruptcy. He brings more than 30 years
of experience to the firm and has broad expertise in areas such as restructuring, insolvency
analysis and creditor’s rights as well as document preparation for reorganization, business
litigation, and negotiation. His clients span a diverse range of industries, including oil and gas,
real estate, retail, and high-tech.
