NAWBO GDC will provide a required a branding guide which is provided by
the National NAWBO office.

NAWBO GDC and NAWBO/EXCEL can provide pictures for this website.
NAWBO GDC and NAWBO/EXCEL will have content ready for the
developers.



Currently NAWBO GDC and NAWBO/EXCEL utilize a third party provider
CVENT. If the proposer is providing another option, the functionalities,
reporting capabilities and ease of operation should meet or exceed the
capacity of CVENT. If another event registration system is proposed, it
should have a proven track record of capability and customer satisfaction.
NAWBO GDC will not entertain the development of a customized event

Currently NAWBO GDC maintains three databases:


 1. ACT (primarily used to maintain detailed member management
information and relationship management
2. CVENT event registration database which serves as the vehicle for all
event communication - invitation emails, registrations, name tags,responses,
surveys and special requirements etc.

3. Current website database which delivers weekly email communication to
300-400 members and an expanded distribution list of another 3000


NAWBO GDC is interested in the proposer offering the best solution for
merging, syncing or consolidating these databases for efficient and effective
communication and staff maintenance. If the functionalities of these unique
databases are not conducive to consolidation tell us why and if you have a
better idea. Will any additional software or licensing be required?



NAWBO GDC and NAWBO/EXCEL recognize that website technologies and
functionalities are constantly changing and morphing. We welcome new and
emerging technology - therefore call this section WEB 2.0 and beyond. We
have listed functions that we would like in this new website - however we
recognize that there might be new and improved functions available or
coming. So within this context let us know what you would propose to
incorporate into the NAWBO site now and/or in the future.
The goal is for staff, members and corporate partners to update their own
unique content with appropriate controls. NAWBO GDC and
NAWBO/EXCEL are looking for a powerful content management system that
can be used with ease to maintain timely and accurate information.

Website should be designed with SEO best practices and optimized for various search engines. NAWBO will provide keywords, page title info
