WALGREENS RELOCATING TO SOUTH PARK CENTER
Orlando – February 15, 2007 – CB Richard Ellis, Inc., the world's leading commercial real
estate services provider, is pleased to announce that Walgreens is relocating certain customer
support functions to a new, state-of-the-art facility known as 700 South Park Center.
Walgreens recently leased 43,464 square feet, which represents the entire second floor of the
Chris Sproles of CBRE Orlando and Chris Hook, of CBRE’s Call Center Solutions Group in
Phoenix, represented Walgreens in this transaction. The 700 South Park Center building is part
of a 176 acre office park located on John Young Parkway near the Beachline. John Guitar of
Flagler Development represented the landlord in this transaction.
Flagler Development Group (Flagler) owns, develops, leases and holds in joint ventures
approximately 8.8 million square feet of Class-A office and industrial space, as well as an
additional 1,056,700 square feet under construction.
