					                               RESOLUTION NO. 2008-

  A Resolution of the Township of Stafford County of Ocean State of New Jersey
Fixing and Determining Salaries and Wages of Certain Employees and Officials Of
                  the Township of Stafford for Fiscal Year 2008.

WHEREAS, Ordinance 2008-01 established salary ranges for certain employees and
officials for the year 2008; and

WHEREAS, it is now necessary and appropriate to set specific salaries to be paid for
certain employees and officers of the Township based on the salary ranges established in
the salary ordinance.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Mayor and Township Council of the
Township of Stafford as follows:

1. The specific annual salaries shown on Schedule A attached hereto are hereby
   established for the positions and the Chief Financial Officer is hereby directed to pay
   these salaries effective immediately.
2. Based on the fact that the salaries shown are for the entire fiscal year of 2008, the
   amounts shown shall be retroactive to January 1, 2008 and shall be payable through
   December 31, 2008.
3. Salaries for employees covered by collective bargaining agreements shall be as set
   forth in Ordinance 2008-01.
4. A copy of this Resolution shall be posted on the Township’s Internet Site and shall
   also be forwarded to the following individuals:
   A. Chief Financial Officer
   B. Township Administrator
   C. Computer Network Administrator
