A private placement table is offered to universities with an AIS job posting as a private place to meet with candidates. The table itself is 8’x10’ with three sided enclosure. Included with this package are chairs as well as a sign with your school’s name. Your area will be in the same location throughout the conference and the area is secured. The $250 position posting fee is waived for AIS Institutional members and AMCIS 2005 conference sponsors. Please remember that in order to obtain access to AIS Placement areas, each individual must be registered for AMCIS 2005. University/Institution recruiting at AMCIS 2005: Contact person: Other individuals who may be recruiting from your school: 1. 2. 3. Will you need to attach signage, banners, or other decorative items to the pipe and drape booth for your school beyond your Private Placement Table signage? If so, please note what sort of item you will anticipate hanging/attaching to the booth. The fee for an AIS private placement table is $250. Please print this form and return it to the AIS office no later than July 15, 2005. You may mail this form with payment or return it via facsimile or email for prompt processing.
