Budgetary control was enforced and the Local Chief Executive, through this system, efficiently managed the funds appropriated for their responsibility centers. Personnel information was stored in the HRMS database and Service Records were generated within a few minutes instead of the usual several days when they were using their manual system. Reverse-engineered the LGU’s existing Treasury Report System and developed an add-on system for generating reports for the Mayor’s perusal. Developed the LGU’s Police Information Management System. This system stores information for generation of the Police Blotter reports, Police Clearances, and Crime Statistics reports. Developed the LGU’s Local Civil Registrar System.
