need a statement of Account/Student Remittance form in order to do web or telephone banking.

the University of Windsor and mailed to:

will also apply.

Payment by OSAP

those funds.
If you have applied for OSAP but have not received an official statement or have not confirmed that you are eligible for OSAP, you fees are still
due unless alternate arrangements have been made with the Cashier=s Office.
You are responsible for any difference between your fees due and the amount that OSAP will cover. This difference must be paid by the
published due date, or it will be subject to interest charges.
To approximate the amount of interest that will be applicable for an outstanding account use the following formula:
                                           (18% X Outstanding Balance X number of days outstanding) ) 365
If you are subject to interest charges, they will appear on your account on the first day of the month following the interest assessment.
