 Publisher is not as common as Word, Adobe Reader
 Don’t send out native Publisher docs (.pub) unless
  everyone has Publisher
     If they don’t have Publisher, they can’t view it
 Save as .pdf
   File>Print>Adobe PDF, or

   Use the Adobe PDF menu (should automatically install with
    Adobe)
 Save as .jpg
   Save as>File Type: .jpg
