            Supervisor and employee meet to discuss
            performance evaluation. Supervisor submits
            evaluation to employee for review.

 Step 2:   Employee reviews evaluation online and
            returns to supervisor.

 Step 3:   Supervisor submits evaluation to
            unit/department head for final approval.

 Step 4:   Unit/department head reviews and approves.

                       choosing “Evaluation Complete”
                    2. Return to supervisor with a
                       request that changes be made
Unit/Dept head confirms completion
Employee & Supervisor receive email
 indicating that the Unit/Dept head
    has finalized the evaluation.
