DELINQUENT TAX SCHEDULE
ALL TAXES FOR 2004 ARE NOW DELINQUENT. FOLLOWING IS THE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS June 30, 2005: Delinquent 2004 tax notices were mailed to the assessed property owners for payment by July 30, 2005 (postmarks count). For walk-ins, please bring your payment in to the office on or before July 29, 2005. August 1, 2005: All current lien holders will be mailed the delinquent 2004 tax notices if the assessed property owner did not pay. The lien holders have until August 31, 2005 to make their payments. September 16, 2005: Lists of delinquent personal property and mobile homes will be published in the Weekly Register Call. September 15, 2005: From this date until the tax lien sale, all delinquent tax payments for 2004 must be paid by certified funds, money order or cash. Call the Treasurer’s Office for the correct amount owed at 303-582-5222.
