The Federal recordkeeping regulation requires private applicators to record the brand name and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registration number
for applications of restricted-use pesticides. The Federal recordkeeping regulation does not require the private applicator to record the Restricted Entry Interval
(REI) or active ingredient(s). However, the Worker Protection Standard does require this information. You will save time by using these Reference Sheets to
make a list of the product brand name, EPA registration number, active ingredient(s), and REI of the pesticides you apply and then entering the corresponding
number(s) to complete your record form. REIs may vary by crop. For Worker Protection Standard compliance, the reference sheets should be kept at the central
posting area. Use of this page is voluntary.
