Electronic Statements Sweepstakes Rules 1. Entry: You are entered in the Electronic Statements Sweepstakes when you complete one of the following actions by June 30, 2009: a) You may enter by enrolling and beginning to receive Electronic Statements. b) You may also enter by hand printing Electronic Statements Sweepstakes, your first and last name, home address, daytime phone, evening phone, and e-mail address, on a 3” X 5” card, and mailing it to: PSCU Financial Services, Inc., 560 Carillon Parkway, St. Petersburg, FL 33716. Entries must be received by June 30, 2009 to be eligible for the drawing. Only one entry per stamped envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries. Neither PSCU Financial Services nor its affiliates are responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries or mail, or for transactions processed late or incorrectly due to computer malfunction or error. 2. Winners: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on the following dates:

Drawings will be held from valid entries and winners will be notified by e-mail (if possible), phone or mail by July 10, 2009. Winners will not be allowed to win more than one time for which their name(s) will be removed from database of entrants upon completion of drawing. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries. A random selection will be made from the database of entrants to determine the winners. 3. Prizes (in U.S. dollars): Each drawing will award six (6) $100 gift cards. 4. General: No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years of age or older as of January 1, 2009 to be eligible. Employees, representatives or agents of PSCU Financial Services, Inc, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or agencies are not eligible. Random drawing will be held by PSCU Financial Services, Inc’s Internal Audit Department. Prize winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, where legal, a Publicity Release to be returned within 14 days or prize will be void and awarded to an alternate. No prize transfers or substitutions except as specified. No more that listed prizes will be awarded. All mail-in entries become the property of the sponsor, and none will be returned. Game void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state, local, and provincial laws or regulations. Any applicable state and/or federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By participating, entrants agree to these rules and decisions of PSCU Financial Services, Inc, which shall be final on all matters relating to drawing.
