Regulation E, Reg Z, and HAMP Program, 1/10 – Current. 15,000 hour enterprise wide effort, to meet Federal mandate, and
     ensure compliance. Marketing effort to inform customers, and solicit response. Outsourced data collection. Core
     system r equirements, design, and development. Operational work flow changes, four online application outsourced
     solutions and multiple vendor management. Core system version upgrade, with complete r egression and end-to-end
     testing, including transaction decisioning, statement output, ACH and Wires, and reports.
Insider Upgrade 2/10 – Current. Improve intranet system performance through hardware scaling, n-tier architecture, and
     SQL 2008. Convert dotnetnuke (content management) from open source v2.1 to supported v5.3. Training plan for
     enterprise wide content managers. Refactor over 50 internal intranet business applications for new architecture.
Evergreen Bank Acquisition – 2/10 – 6/10. Effort to convert Evergreen Bank acquired through FDIC auc tion. Infrastructure
     conversion of seven branches, and two office floors , consisting of WAN, PC refr esh, email, file shares, legacy application
     conversion, Version 2010 with SQL 2008, VOIP phone deployment, 50% activities outsourced through vendor. Gather ed
     requirements of needs by business unit. Communicated to entire company, and end user communication and
     documentation.
TFS Deployment 1/10 - 4/10. Implemented Tea m Foundation Server v2010 with SQL 2008, as source code management,
     code migration, and story tracking, for all internal development efforts. Migrated off Subversion for code repository.
Connect Web Application Rewrite, 11/09 – 3/10. Lead project team through the organization’s first Agile SDLC project.
     Defined approach, templates, gates , product backlog, and sprints. Rewrote internal intranet application for tracking
     volunteer hours. ASP.Net 3.5 WCF service layer with SQL server 2008 db. Single sign-on tied to Active Directory, multi -
     tiered architecture.

HIPAA 5010, 6/09 – 11/09. Federal mandated effort to improve standards and expand information exchanged with
     healthcare providers, and other Blue Cross organizations. Tasked with effort to upgrade four of six X9 transactions,
     beginning with compliance analysis, requirements, design, across four claims processing systems.
ITS Replica EDW, 01/09 – 11/09. An effor t to develop a replica of a key central DB2 database, and improve the
     synchronization process to real -time.
Blue Exchange Sustainment improvements, 02/09 – 9/09. Management of internal and vendor developed code to correct
     errors, and improve efficiency of inter-plan claims processing.
As Is Renewals, 8/08 – 3/09. An operational efficiency project to automate process to renew client coverage based on
     criteria. 3000 hours, eight core team members, four project leads, twelve test team members. Agile .asp development.
Presale Benefit Summary, 8/08 – 2/09. An Agile development effort to enhance an internal web-based tool for the Sales
     department to pr eview coverage and premiums during negotiations. Core project team of 15, plus five project SMEs.
     This effort logged 3,000 hours.
Rollup duplicate provider locations, 8/08 – 2/09. With a goal of improving data accuracy feeds from backend legacy
     mainframe applications, this project consisted of five separate work flows simultaneously on three systems to
     automatically identify inaccurate and duplicate data entries. Required multiple services contracts executed by IBM.
Nike (On contract)                                   3/2008 – 7/2008

Tech Refresh Project 3/08 – 7/28. Development of a new point of sale system for all Nike US stores with a budget of $8
Million.
 Managed team focused on hardware delivery, and environment engineering in a Windows OS environment.
 Scope included release management support, remote system update and maintenance solution, and automated remote
     system monitoring.
 Vendor management including hardware procurement, staging, tracking, a nd delivery through project and deployment.
 Also responsible for team leadership, budget tracking and reporting.
NuBridges Proje ct, 4/08 – 6/08. Implement system encryption to protect customer credit card data as required by PCI
(Payment Card Industry) compliance.
 An AS400 system application used for credit card purchase transactions, and processing.
