What: Staff Backpacking Trip When: Sat. Jan 19 to Sun Jan 20 2008 Where: Campsite # 18 Great Smokey Mt Park. 2 mile hike in to the campsite.
st Meet at 1 United Meth. Church: 8:30AM Jan 19
Return: Sun. Jan 20 12:00 o’clock. We will call parents when we are in Townsend. Cooking: Cook in pairs. Plan on Lunch, Dinner, and Breakfast. (Hot Chocolate) Meals for cold weather
Uniform: Wear clothes to backpack in. No Blue Jeans What to Bring: Use winter Hike list. This is a winter hike and campout.
IMPORTANT: Eat Breakfast before you arrive. Plan for cold weather.
If the weather is not right for a backpacking overnighter we will change to a day hike.
