Chapter Members Invited to NIRI Meeting
The FEI Central Ohio chapter has committed to sharing opportunities with the local chapter of the
National Investor Relations Institute. NIRI is a professional association of corporate officers and
investor relations consultants responsible for communication among corporate management, the
investing public and the financial community. The local NIRI chapter is sponsoring an interactive,
live demonstration of XBRL.

(extensible business reporting language. This transition coincides with the SEC’s plan to replace
EDGAR with an Internet-based platform.

Matthew M. Miller, who serves as the Director of Tax and Economic Policy for the FEI, spoke to

strategies for FEI.
