Fastrack will benefit greatly from a website. Currently, customers have few ways to
contact the company. The website will also improve service scheduling for the
organization. Finally, online inventory management will allow easy access for managers
and customers to assess current inventory levels.

Summary of Project Deliverables
Project management-related deliverables: organizational description, project character,
preliminary project scope statement, project scope statement, work breakdown schedule,
GANTT chart, PERT diagram, Project budget, quality assessment, organizational chart,
responsibility matrix, communication plan for group, risk list and mitigation, RFP

Product-related deliverables:
   1. Fastrackautos.com website
   2. Project progress updates
   3. Online inventory management system

In Scope:
    • Current system assessment

Project Success Criteria:
Project success should be measured by timely and on budget deliverables. The customer
will be contacted frequently throughout the project to ensure that the final product is
exactly what they wanted. Once completed, website maintenance will be managed by the
website provider. The website should be up and running without significant delays out
outages at all times.
