REVIEW NUISANCE COMPLAINT PERTAINING TO CU-02-01AS SUBMITTED BY JOHN WILLIAMSON II FOR A USED CAR SALES LOT ON A PORTION OF TAX LOT 12101 OF ASSESSOR'S MAP 15-16-5C ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF LYNN BOULEVARD.
