A BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING FOR THE 2008-2009 FISCAL YEAR AND PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER POSSIBLE USE OF STATE OF OREGON REVENUE SHARING FUNDS. Notice is hereby given in compliance with ORS 294.401 that the first meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Prineville will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 387 N.E. Third Street, Prineville, Oregon. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on/or after May 27, 2008 at City Hall between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Listed below is the time and place of an additional Budget Committee meeting that will be held to take public comment The Budget Committee will also consider possible uses of State of Oregon Revenue Sharing Funds and will afford the citizens of The City of Prineville an opportunity to provide written and/or oral comments in regard to the use of these funds. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the budget committee. This meeting will be held at City Hall, 387 NE 3rd St. Prineville Or. At 6:00 P.M. June 3, 2008.
