					How to Strengthen Bones and Avoid Osteoporosis

You have seen the seemingly countless ads that focus on prescription
drugs to reduce the risks for osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is a widespread
condition associated with reduced bone mineral density and strength
leading to fractions of the bone(s). Risk factors include post
