Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 30 September 2010 – The Bosch Group - a
leading global supplier of technology and services in the areas of automotive
and industrial technology, consumer goods and building technology – today
announced the establishment of a representative office in Phnom Penh.

Mr Cem Peksaglam, President and Managing Director of Robert Bosch
(Southeast Asia) Pte Ltd, said “With the expansion of our business activities
over the years in the country, this is an opportune time for us to further tap on
the growth potential of the Cambodian market.”

Mr Peksaglam added, “The setup of a representative office will help us to
better manage local operations and enhance the level of support to our local
customers.”

Growth and focus in 2010
Bosch first ventured into Cambodia in 2004 via its Power Tools business
division. This was followed by its Automotive Aftermarket and Security
Systems business divisions a year later. All three business divisions have
demonstrated progressive growth in their business operations over the
years.

The Automotive Aftermarket business division currently has three Bosch Car
Service workshops in the country, with plans to add more workshops in the
coming years. In the area of Power Tools, Bosch will introduce more
innovative products for the local market. Security Systems will be exploring
business potential in new industries, such as hospitality.
