      chronic dry eye, heals corneal defects and reduces corneal healing time post surgery
     Successfully developed, hired staff and trained a new tissue processing department that has produced
      more than $2 million in revenue in the past year
     Developed and implemented a surgical recovery training program called Sterility Boot Camp that
      successfully reduced training time, increased efficiency and reduced lost revenue by 30%
     Created a new transplant skin recovery soak that reduced skin contamination from 50% to less than 1%
      effectively doubling revenue from skin recovery
     Developed and validated a procedure to measure corneal thickness while the cornea is still in its sterile
      container.
