AUSTIN, Texas--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--American Campus Communities, Inc. (NYSE: ACC), one
of the nation’s largest owners, managers and developers of high-quality student housing properties, announced that
on November 3, 2010 its board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.3375 per share of common
stock, payable on November 30, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2010.
