                                          SEMINAR ON
        INDIA-SRI LANKA COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIP
          AGREEMENT (ILCEPA): OPPORTUNITIES & CHALLENGES

The Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka, in association with the Sri Lanka-India Joint
Business Council and the Indo Lanka Chamber of Commerce will organize a one-day Seminar
on “India Sri Lanka Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IL-CEPA):
Opportunities & Challenges” on Thursday July 10, 2008.

The objective of the Seminar is to create greater awareness among the Government Officials,
private sector leaders, academia and other stakeholders on the framework governing the IL-
CEPA and opportunities available for Sri Lankan entrepreneurs. The Seminar will also discuss
the concerns that most stakeholders have in regard to deeper integration with India and the
challenges confronting the policy makers and the private sector.

Venue          :     Samudra Ballroom, Taj Samudra Hotel, Colombo
Date           :     Thursday July 10, 2008
Time           :     08.30 AM to 17.30 PM
Registration Fee:    Rs.3,000/= (nett) per participant.. Please draw your cheque in favour of
