							TO: BUEHLER CANADA CUSTOMERS RE: SAMPL-KLIP, SAMPL-KLIP 1, 20-4000-100, 20-4000-100S The, SAMPL-KLIP, SAMPL-KLIP 1, which Buehler Canada sells to you are considered “Articles” and, therefore, exempt from the MSDS requirement under 29 CFR 1910.1200 for OSHA. The exemption provisions exclude “articles” from the definition of a “Hazardous Chemical” or “Chemical”. Articles means a manufactured item (i) which is formed to a specific shape or design during manufacture; (ii) which has end use functions dependent in whole or in part upon its shape or design during end use, and (iii) which does not release, or otherwise result in exposure to a hazardous chemical under normal conditions of use. We believe our SAMPL-KLIP, SAMPL-KLIP 1 meets all the above tests.
