                     Property Info:

                     NAI Keystone Commercial & Industrial, LLC has been hired to exclusively
                     represent the sale and/or lease of the former Reading Eagle building. The
                     building is located 16+/- miles from Rte. I-78 at Hamburg.

                     There is a 61,694 Sq. Ft. building for sale. A 19,765 Sq. Ft. flex building and
                     a 41,938 Sq. Ft. manufacturing building all sitting on 5.7 gated acres. With a
