SECTION II - HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

Potential Health Hazards (Acute and Chronic): (See Section 11 for more information) Ingestions: May cause mild gastrointestinal irritation with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Eye Contact: May cause eye irritation. Skin Contact: May cause skin irritation. Inhalation: Dangerous fumes form when mixed with other products. Do not breathe fumes. Signs and Symptoms of Exposure: Ingestion: Oral ingestion may result in transient nervous system effects (ataxia and muscle weakness) and/or gastrointestinal irritation with nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. This product contains alcohol ethoxylates. Large ingestions (>2 mL/kg) may also cause symptoms of alcohol-like intoxication, incoordination, drowsiness, inarticulateness or ataxia. Alcohol ethoxylates may contribute to central nervous system symptoms. Eye Contact: May cause stinging, tearing, itching, swelling, and/or redness. Skin Contact: Prolonged contact with concentrated material may be transiently irritating to skin. Inhalation: Inhalation of significant amounts of aerosolized product may cause slight respiratory irritation.

SECTION IV – FIRST AID INFORMATION

First Aid Procedures: Ingestion: Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water. And IMMEDIATELY call a Poison Control Center or doctor. Do not induce vomiting. Eye Contact: Remove contact lenses and rinse with water for 15 minutes. Skin Contact: Rinse skin with plenty of water. If spilled on clothing, change clothes. If symptoms persist or recur, seek medical attention. Inhalation: Remove to fresh air.

SECTION XII - ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION

Based on ecotoxicity and fate data for the individual ingredients in this specific formulation, and for related consumer household cleaning product formulations, this product is not considered harmful to aquatic organisms or to cause long-term adverse effects in the environment at relevant environmental concentrations. This product is intended for dispersive use and should not be disposed of directly into the environment.
SECTION XIII - DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS Waste Disposal Method: Disposal is to be performed in compliance with federal, state/provincial and local regulations. Non-Household Setting (US Federal): Industrial disposal of product in finished, consumer-ready

packaging must be disposed of as an organic pesticide. Records must be kept of the disposal that documents the method of disposal, the date of disposal, the location of the disposal site, the type of pesticide disposed of (organic pesticide), and the amount of pesticide disposed of. Disposal records must be retained for 20 years. Incineration is preferred where permitted. Product removed from finished, consumer-ready packaging may be disposed of as nonpesticidal, liquid waste which is non-hazardous waste according to Federal RCRA regulations (40 CFR 261).
Household Use: Consumers may dispose of small (household) quantities down the drain with large quantities of water.
