During the forthcoming recruiting tour, you will be recruiting students for Bachelor‟s, Master„s, Doctoral, and
Professional degree programs. In order to effectively target the students, it is advisable to associate the principals of
prominent schools and colleges. You may please find out the names of principals along with addresses of their
schools and colleges, so that you could invite them, their faculty, and their students to the recruitment event to be
organized in Hyderabad. Personalized letters to principals of various schools and colleges should be prepared on the
your letter-heads and sent to the concerned along with your brochure. You may then follow up with the principals
for getting good attendance in the recruiting event and for establishing a long term relationship with the institutions.
